[ROARY/R2P]Traxar Ban Dispute

I feel Sellerman did NOT give me enough time to defend myself or back up my story, I was banned RIGHT after sending a PM to him, but oh well, that's what the dispute is for.

Okay, here's the ban reason:

You have been banned for the following reason:

Date the ban will be lifted: 04-18-15, 09:00 PM


Let's get into the first reason of ban, the "blackhat", which is 100% irrelevant and I don't think I can BE BANNED FOR AGAIN! I have already been banned AND Pardoned for, THAT THREAD OF BLACKHAT REPORTS THAT HE LINKS IN HIS THREAD, literally all ThissucksV2 did was add more proof that Lazy23 didn't... fucking gay.

You're going to have to show proof of what you're saying in regards to the FK report.

Also, I'll tag n4n0/Roary in to confirm if ALL the blackhat you were involved in was admitted to.

How is there any proof? the rest of the group was paid for offsite and never spoke to Philly again, I made profit from the items I sold on that website I didn't care about being banned on it, lol.

Also, why are you tagged Roary/n4n0? what the hell do you mean if ALL blackhat you were involved was admitted to? Like I showed you in the screenshot of the pm from Roary allllll the way back from 2013 when this shit was ORIGNALLY dealt with, I did admit to doing blackhat activity in the past, but not anymore, as of 2013, when I said that.

 

Get PM/picture proof of what you're saying regarding the FK report. Contact the users and have them corroborate what you're saying.

That PM you showed me didn't prove much, also.

 

What the hell? That's going to be hard to do considering the original report is from 2011, 4 years ago, if you look on the FK thread. I guess I can try hitting up Philly on AIM to see If I can.. :| but I doubt it.

And I know the PM didn't prove much, just prove that Roary knew about it, and I did get pardoned for it after a 6-12 month ban, like I already said.

Denied until you can prove the FK report is invalid. However, a second pardon detailing everything you did will probably prove more fruitful.

Also, in your pardon you mention HF 'account', implying one, not two. You also simply state 'hacking' activities; although everything you did can fall under 'hacking', it's no way representative of what you actually partook in.

This isn't a biased decision, it's after asking other staff members and looking over the evidence. If you want someone else to handle your dispute, you're more then welcome to.
