Can you unban my account EZ1? I already paid for a scammed guy as he mentioned it in this thread: Hello

I was fast and changed the password before I got banned. So, I think it is safe for now.

Also, it would be interesting to see IPs log. I am wondering how account could have been hacked.

Ah, and I disabled 2fa several months ago, because it got broken. Code from google authenticator didn't match when I tried to change it.

In those circumstances it would be cool to have 2fa.

It really hurts our business and we need to get back account as quick as possible. Please, let us know what's the situation.

 

hey, please unban EZ1 or at least tell something what's going on. Someone hacked this account and scammed a person. We were quick and changed the password. More than a week ago we paid a loss for him. So, everything is clear now. People shows distrust to us because they see us banned on sythe, when we didn't do anything wrong. It's unfaithful.
