Banned for self vouch

hey sythe wont say my name but i was banned for self vouching, not i should have read the rules, or should have known this was illegal but it wasn't out of bad intentions im a active user, and old user been here almost a year now. I vouched for my self on my MM thread, reason i did was i figured would it hurt if i had 2 more vouches?? i was just trying to build up my bulk of vouches I MM for people everyday, im active in almost all forums, i even created 2 new user submited guides yesterday and applied for the User Educator team. I feel realy bad about what i did. Disgraced even. I understand i broke the rules, and i apoligize for that. but can you make it a temporary ban, i think im a very nice person always have been helping people i started with user services then worked my way to start MMing, in between writing guides in UE section and getting active in general discussion. I just feel that i'm not a scammer or have done anything wrong to anybody and i feel i deserve to stay, i understand what i did was wrong, and i am willing to accept a punishment but please not a permanent ban.
