Banned For Scamming without proof?

Well i know it clearly says mods have the right to change the rules when ever they want and banned who ever they want for any reason.. or w/e Finniscool said but Ive been on sythe for like 5-6 months now and i never scammed anyone and then i log on to see that it says you've been banned for scamming WITHOUT PROOF? So your telling me that when my ban is done i can get a random guys user name and tell one of you guys that he scammed me and you'll ban him? i got many importers Such as [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] .... This started happening after i got about 20-30 vouches on my middle man thread. The point I'm trying to make is i never scammed i Frankly barely ever sell anything on this site besides halo 3 material and all of that i personally handle and KNOW that it couldn't be that. So this was 100% someone else. Now i realize my ban is half way done but still i'm really disapointed in the way you guys handled this because accusing someone of something from just one guys opinion is really not the way to go hopefully you'll learn from your mistakes and won't let this unjust act happen again.
