This is about the third or fourth time I've made an appeal about this. It's been about almost a year since my ban? Not sure.
I'm still active in the RS scene and I haven't visited this site ever since except to appeal the ban that was put on my IP address but I want to try again as I prize the ability to hold an account on this site.
I was misbanned. My accounts were tied in with the accounts that were banned for scamming because my friend in real life was at my house. Common reason? Well, what can I say? I have friends in real life and I don't dictate what he does at my house nor vice versa when I goto his house.
I believe his name was blackwang123 and spank da monkey. Mine were itsWin, Perfekt., and some other one.
I am just asking for a second chance, I won't disappoint. He was the one the scammed, not me. Compare the usage of IP's because I know both of us will have each other's IP's, but one set of accounts will have more usage of one of one of the IP's than the other (and vice versa). Because I live at my house and I use my own IP the most and he lives at his.
I am an intelligent and contributing person that will only benefit the community. I am innocent and I have not done anything wrong. I was mistakenly banned for ban evading when I never for once broke a rule or tried to scam.

P.S. You ought to get the login/ban system fixed. When you log into a banned account, it asks you to dispute it through this section of the forums and disallows you to view any part of the forum, yet when you click the link to come here it shows the same message. That's why I cannot login to post this appeal.
