Banned for replying to a PM?

Hello,
I (AustralianTrainer) was banned for "scamming", i got on as a guest and found the thread, looked through and i don't know if the viper000 missed it or misunderstood but the pictures show that the email address isn't mine, it is a scammer, if i am banned for "scamming" because i replied to a PM this is my side of the story, i get a PM saying willie, i think WTF? so i replie lol, ok then

(which is shown in his thread)

after 5 minutes i send another saying, who is this and why did u PM me?

(he doesn't show this one in his thread)

then he starts going on about how i scammed him, i would show you the PM i sent him but i am banned and can't access my inbox, but if you can find it that would help

if i am banned for replying to a PM and then he gets scammed, i think thats stupid because what am i meant to do, just ignore the PM?
