Banned for purchasing proxys which didnt work. so asked for refund

Hello sythe, i dont understand why im banned. i purchased 2 proxies from
socks5proxies for $7.30 and they advertised them as Instant Working Proxies,

i received an automated email from them telling me what the proxy info was
i needed the proxy's instantly as i was transfering gold from my friends
2k+ total main for him, he was selling his gp, and claiming to have been
"hacked", so he didn't recieve a ban, i already had proxies purchased prior
to this on a different site, but they ran out, and i couldnt login from my own
ip as he's logged in numerous times from my house,
so we was looking around for a while trying to find a reputable proxy site,
as the one i bought before couldnt accept paypal right at that moment,
so i purchased them off this site, under the assumption they was *INSTANT*
*WORKING* as there advertisement claimed,
i received the proxy's via email, they both did not work.. so i mailed them
saying the proxy's didnt work.., opened a ticket on there site, then skyped them
they added me back on skype but didnt respond.
i have setup proxy's a few times now, i have some knowlege of them, they wouldnt work..
i followed there guide on there site 4 times, making sure i was doing it 100%
as they explained,
i ended up having to purchase a single proxy from a reputable company for almost
double the price. of 1 proxy on there site, but it worked and i got exactly
what i paid for.

when purchasing something online you have the right to open a dispute if the product
does not work. which it didnt. i know this ban is because i "chargebacked". but
dont i have a right to? i dont see why i should have to fork out 2x money for something
which did not work.

this is all a mess because i have written it in notepad, and just want to get it posted..
i have probably missed a few things, but just want to get my initial post sorted

Companies sometimes have issues, and not all of them have 24/7 customer support. You should have been patient for a response. Cancel the dispute/refund them and then you may pardon
