Banned for... omfg.. banevade?

Okay.

I'm LegitNamesCo.
My old computer fucked out, so I'm on my mothers.
LegitNamesCo was banned for bullshit reasoning- without a warning.

WARNING IS NEEDED BEFORE BAN.
Take a look at your mod rules to verify this.

Now, I do deserve this ban as a ban evader.

But, LegitNamesCo should be still temp banned- not perm banned, because of the starting reason of why the account was banned.

I put in a dispute about a week ago, I'm not sure

I talked with Unbanned, he said he was going to try to deal with it- but, the dispute was never accepted, and thus I never got a mods/admins opinion on it.


Because I never even looked at the market place, I feel that I should be given a chance- because of mod abuse/stupidity.

and, I believe a perm ban for banevaders is to reduce scammers- no? Well, I'm RARELY even in the market place, and NEVER do trades on LNC even at that.
