I've been a member of this forum for many many years and have been trading without a single hiccup for years also, buying and selling from and to its users. This situation has only just arisen on this website and I wish to be unbanned.
What happened on epicnpc was due to my own neglect, I had many orders being processed and had also just lost a job while in the middle of moving house, to a cheaper place to live. I believed that all my jobs were completed when I moved but that was not the case. This gentlemans order was still ongoing and I had completely forgotten about it. I did not complete the order and I did not respond to the thread on EpicNPC.
When i discovered the thread because of an email i had gotten it was on my mobile phone when i had wifi. It had already been 7/10days and I was too late to respond so made a decision to deal with this once my internet was running at my new place. I made effort to contact the customer about this but was unsuccessful and the guy has not been on skype since, over a year now. The guy was refunded his full payment on paypal, not just the amount the moderator of EPICNPC had requested and i left messages apologising to the customer and asking them to contact me if they came back online again, which has not happened. I believe their skype account is a dead unused account.
Hope to hear back from you soon with some progress on this, i can provide screenshots of the refund and more if needed.
It's a shame that 1 slight hiccup in years of trading due to my own neglect during a very stressful time should potentially bring my main source of income to an end.
