Banned for not completing a skilling order?

So i haven't been active on sythe in a long time, and i came back to recover my password after a long period of time and it now says i'm banned? I have no idea how that could be possible.. I got a trade with caution for apparently not completing an order when in fact i did get really close but he wasn't providing me with the essential supplies we agreed on so i started taking my time on it and eventually when i was like 500k exp away from being done he changed the password so i couldn't finish and fialled a report on me.. i didn't dispute that because i wasn't using sythe for anything at the time but now that i want to play some rsps servers and make some money to sell on here i wont be able to do that on this account, although it has a lot of vouches. So i'm asking if u can please recover my account, thank you. I feel like there was some corrupt play here with whoever dealt with my request.. because u obviously went off of very little proof/information when dealing with me. Please reconsider thanks. - pkwhips101
