Banned for a pm??!

Dear sythe staff,

Could you explain please how i was banned for a pm that its purpose was to make a business with the guy i sent to? I am really amazed! i really don't know what to say. I got banned forever , this is unbelieveable.

I sent that message to Plundy and i was hoping to send it to p0rtal because he's my friend who wishes to make business with him , and he told me to send Plundy a message so that plundy can forward it to him inorder to confirm he is plundy.

Could you please get Finn to solve this? I really respect his decision.If he says it was warranted , then goodbye sythe .

 

The PM is you trying to get Plundy to PM another user with part of an msn convo to make it seem like Plundy was talking to that someone else.

I really respect what you do here in sythe to make it clean and safe.

Regarding that issue , I think you understood the whole thing in a wrong way.
All i was trying to do , is to get Plundy to pm me friend " P0rtal " with a part of our msn convo , so that my friends knows for sure that real plundy talks to him from sythe.You can even look at the registering date of " P0rtal " and you'll find it the same date and even the hour i sent the pm to Plundy.

You might ask that question : " Why didn't your friend send the pm him self ? "
The answer is because I am trusted enough and if he sent the pm him self with 0 posts , Plundy would know for sure he is a scammer , so my role , if i can say , was like a middle man to get . That's it. There is no scamming included at all in that pm. Also , you can check p0rtal's profile , you'll find 0 threads and 0 posts so how could i try to scam him?

So briefly , all i was trying to do is to get plundy to send him the message THEN my friend adds his msn and talk to him about the business he wanted to do with him. I hope that proves my theory. And please Skele add my msn : [email protected] if you need any more questions.I think you should re-consider it and I'll know for sure you will not let me down.And please if you don't accept my explaination , don't close the thread before you hear from you talk to me on msn to understand what i am trying to say.

Why would you want him to only include the part in the quote?

 

Whether or not P0rtal is a leecher, it still appears like you were trying to frame Plundy. I see no reason for you to ask Plundy to PM P0rtal in the way you have requested unless it was to frame him.

 

Hi Skele , I keep telling you over and over that p0rtal was my friend and he wanted a proof that plundy would get in touch with him as he knew that no one here in sythe -and you know that well- trust the "Leecher" rank or even give him an attention , so he used me as a "Guru" with 1000+ posts and 55+ vouches to get plundy talk to him and he requested that plundy sends him part of our convo to make sure everything is ok.

Please consider that I have a pin shop here in sythe and spent well over 2 years with hundereds of trades done , why would i risk all that ? Does this deserve a " Ban forever " ? I think you should give me a chance Skele , like you give every one here ,* even without me doing anything wrong *.But obviously , you are %100 sure that i am a scammer , so why don't i beg you for an unban now?

Mods , please comment on this weird "forever ban" . I believe i deserve an unban.

And please Skele , if you want me to clarify more and more , I will be very happy and also please don't ignore me when i try talking to you on msn.

So why not have P0rtal and Plundy talk to each other normally? You needed Plundy to post "just the convo". I feel you were trying to frame him and attempted scam is a permanent ban.

Like I said, I don't believe you. If another mod wants to review this, feel free.

 

I completely agree with Skele's ban. That's sketchy, and a common way to frame/scam people. I say uphold the ban
