So the reason I am banned is because I run a stresser service OVER AT ANOTHER FORUM which apparently is a blackhat forum...

First off, it shouldn't matter what I do off-site as long as I follow all rules on-site.
Secondly, HackForums isn't a blackhat forum, they have VERY STRICT NO BLACKHAT RULES as well as BEING HOSTED IN THE USA AND OBEYING US LAW. HackForums is a STRICTLY WHITEHAT PUBLIC forum which allows for ABSOLUTELY NO BLACKHAT.
