Banned for ICU: Hijacking? can anyone help

Hi apparently i got permantely banned for ICU: Hijacking but i didn't do anything.... It says this

We regret to inform you that this account was banned as it broke Rule 3 - Pas
sword Scamming - and gained items through hijacking an account.

Our detection systems show this account trading with at least one account tha
t was hijacked at the time of the trade.

We do not discuss our detection processes.

Our records show you were in complete control of your account at the time of
the incident.

Can anyone help or write up an appeal? I didn't do anything, all i did the other day was giving out 300k.. can anyone please help?

When they banned me for hacking people they didnt tell me they had proof that i was on my acc but i said.

I was on holidays and my brother must of guessed my password im sorry for this incodent I promise you i will ever ever let my stupid brother on my account again, hacking is wrong and now ive paid with my runescape account i worked so hard for that.

and they denied that so i sent this.
