Banned for "having" 2 accounts

Hi, I've been recently banned for 3 days for having multiple accounts and interacting with myself when I do not have multiple accounts and the only interactions is a comment on my main account post a message and 2 bumps on more recent posts. The evidence was they bump the same and they have a similar name "Crispychip123" I didn't even know you had to report for free bumps until I was just recently told also wouldn't you think I'd bump my other posts in between the time period that the account was created and until today I thought the account was simply someone who was trying to gain my attention to lead to possibly scam me I wasn't even given the lenience to check the IP of the account who messaged me and when it started initially I was warned by chloe and I had told her it wasn't my account she had banned me and she continued to refuse to investigate any further claiming the similar name and the same way of bumping was enough to ban me which is unfair to the fullest

Reason banned: Multiple accounts

Dispute: First and foremost, Thank you for taking your time to read my ban dispute. I was banned for being accused of having multiple accounts, when I don't. A user by the name of "crispychip123" commented on a post of mine a week or two ago asking me to PM him. I simply didn't because he had nothing on his account and I deemed him untrustworthy to sell to. Today a couple hours ago he contacted me again simply saying "Hello", I responded with "hey" and left it at that. The user also bumped two of my posts in the same fashion as I bump mine and I didn't know I was supposed to report them for free bumps until just now then I received the ban. I contacted Chloe and she deemed just that enough reason for a ban I asked if she could trace IP's just so I could show it's not me she simply declined and stated the few interactions had between me and this other user was enough to ban me. If someone please and may trace the IP's or do anything to show that this user is not me I would be very grateful for the time taken to further the investigation.
