Account banned: Reason - Hacked

The account name is 'Rynothedino'.

I appealed this probably a year or 2 ago and the thread died after I bumped it a few times without any response, I talked to @Pendulum and he linked me back here to try again. I can't find a link to it again, so I decided to make a new one.

I think I created my account back around 2011 or 2012, I'm not too sure. I was told by @Pendulum that I need to list the different locations I've been in to clear up my name. I believe the majority of my logins should all be around Atlanta, Georgia with a few exceptions where I've logged in near Eugene, Oregon.

I've probably moved around ~4-5 times since I've created my account but I can't say for sure.

If anyone could help me clear everything up I would really appreciate it!
