banned for botting (1 year...)

well, it finnially happened to me.

ban hammer.

i left it botting for this weekend went to my dads read from my droid that jagex was droping the hammer i knew i was... you know the rest..

went back to my moms account is disabled and banned for a year.. wtf?

How many people have been banned for one year??

i appealed but i know its going to be denied but i don't really care.

My main was banned for one year but 11 month in they changed it to a perm ban.

 

not much you can do if you were caught by the fag parade not much you can do. I heard the J mods push it between 21 days- 1 year if they catch you but I can't confirm this I've only had 14 day bans on a few accounts and perms on a few. That sucks though a year ban, I'd rather get permed bad luck

I always bot at very uncommon spots. The only time I've ever seen someone near me it was just another bot

 

Very risky thing to do, I personally don't leave it running for 5 hours without check. I'm babysitting today though since it's bank holiday day, and nobody has talked to me in 9 hours, and only 2 people entered my training area (tried talking to them, also bots may I add). You just got unlucky I guess, pick secluded areas and babysit.

 

well LRC was getting my quick cash and xp.. the greed in me got the best of me. Now i'm gona pay for it.

Are you sure you got banned for a year? I'm pretty sure the ban mark expires in a year, but your account ban is lifted in a few weeks.

I'll post a pic later and i just realized something lmao everyone is going to call me dumb but i misread it, its unlocked in 11 days the offence is there till 2012, my bad.. this is my first account that's been banned.. But it's probably gona be longer cause of appeal.. ****....

No it isn't this was a account i was going to turn in to a berseker low cb stats though so it didn't really matter and thank you

I've gotten perm banned 5+ times. I can't say I've had many luxuries of temp bans

What exactly were you botting, and do you have any pictures of your stats before you were banned, and please post a picture of the macro offence and what the explanation was ?
