My first appeal thread that I posted, KMJT replied to saying that I'm a ban evader because I had another account: Optikal2 - Explanation - My original account 'Optikal' was locked + banned due to mass hacking. I tried to recovering it for months had no luck at-all! So I decided to make another account which was Optikal2 and PM'd Richard and Verts who both kindly helped me recover my account, which I was very grateful for. Below is the link to the recovery thread. So as for "Ban-evading" if Verts and Richard thought I was ban evading don't you think they would have banned me already and not of helped me out?

Yes I was on another Sythe account because I HAD to, in order to get my original account "Optikal" unlocked. I was waiting for months to get it unlocked, and I used my own initiative and made an account and messaged Richard himself and guess what! I got my account unlocked.
I think personally that KMJT dis-likes me because I keep going on about being an 05 member, yes I know I have been going on and on about it, and he probably got pissed off. As you do, but I haven't done anything wrong.
Now, to the main point of the thread. Being interested in "Black-Hat".
I was browsing the guide section and stumbled across a user who posted something about a complete eBook guide about hacking. Without thinking to much, I agreed to help verify it. With-in 30 seconds, I edited my post with this "EDIT I don't want to risk getting infected". I care about my Sythe account and my computer to much to even risk that sort of shit. I genuinely thought I was being a good person and helping a fellow user out. I mean, I didn't actually download the file, or black-hat at all. In the rules it states that if I'm a black hat tool user I should be banned. I clearly haven't used any tools, nor have I done anything wrong. If I was interested in that sort of stuff, I would NOT come to Sythe. I'd go to Hackforums.
So my point is, I haven't done anything wrong, and to receive a permanant ban is way over the top in my opinion. I should be entitled to my opinion and treated who some staff want to be treated them-selves. I'm sorry if I've caused a big issue, but I do think I have been wrongly banned. But I shouldn't have posted on the thread in the first place, never the less I corrected my post with-in seconds and had no further dealings with the user.
I'd like who-ever reviews this to study it and be as fair as possible, I've been a loyal user of these forums then most people that use them today.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my thread,
Optikal
