Banned for ban evation

It appears i got banned on my sythe account for ban evading. I have not dome this nor have i scammed anyone. I belive this happened as a resault after my service worker made a sythe profile to bump my thread when i wasnt availiable. I Believe this must have something to do with that. Just to clerify, i have no accsess in any way to my workers personal sythe account nor does he have accsess to mine. If my worker in the past has been banned or been guilty of breaking the rules of sythe thats very understandable and i will get rid of him. There has however never been any issues with my services. I have no record of scamms nor legitimate complaints.
I feel like that there was hard for me to know that my worker had this previous record of offences as he has never shown me any signs of being mistrusted or whatnot. What i feel is most important in this case is that he has not scammed anyone on my behalf therefore i feel that i shuld not be banned.
I would really appriciate it if this ban was reconsidered, i really enjoy the sythe business and i wouldnt knowingly do anything to harm the Community nor my services.

 

Additional informtion. I forgot to mention that the account of the matter is "Coinsales" and that my service workers sythe name was "Coinsales v2"

 

was contacted by @Coinsales regarding this. other user indeed is a worker and home ip isn't a match.
