Banned for Ban Evading (Sellerman)

Hello,

I have been banned for "Ban Evading", and have seen the "evidence" of the hashed IP, which is really weird. I honostly can say I have no idea how or why this is possible, and I have not scammed or done any illegal activity.

If a moderator can please take a look at this with a slightly sceptical look, and have a small discussion with me about how and why this could happen, I'd be very happy, as I am honostly very confused about this.

Is it possible I have a virus? Or is my computer being used as a proxy?
I am not sure how I can show proof that I am not this person that logged, but I want to assure you I am not...
