[BANNED] Evidence: NO PAY OFF.

Regulation made a thread admitting everything, and even showing evidence I never paid him off..

Some may look at it as if he could have edited it to make it seem like I did not, but here is evidence form the beginning of Feb (22days before the trade ever happened, up until today.)



Quite a few people has lied and faked shit and edited stuff against people to have them banned, and came back to tell the truth, but yet considering when someone does it to me. It's a lie? (Oh.. Why was he against you, then all of a sudden with me to have me unbanned? ) Well, he did say why in his previous thread found here:

My ban reason was changed by Sin666 from:

Being a Scammer.
Helping my relative scam.
Self/Fake vouching.
Staff Vote.

Each thing when changed to go against me, I proved otherwise, which is why it seemed to have changed. Which I find is bullshit. Sin666 stuck on the fake vouching though and said I never acknowledged Cloudsword as my cousin, but you can find here that I have:

Which shows me specifically stating that Cloudsword was my cousin, and the only time he has EVER vouched me, which you're more than welcome to research was when I have serviced him by MiddleManning.

I honestly feel Sin666 considering she highly dislikes me, found this to be a prime opportunity to remove me from Sythe.org and have me banned. Which is also why she keeps hiding most of my threads which are relevant and shows evidence to collaborate my story, and then archiving them without review, notice, or consideration.

The evidence against Cloudsword reported by Regulation prior to his ban (He was banned for being a ban evader on a previous account which was banned for scamming) in-return had gotten me banned (Only because Cloudsword was my cousin.)

The evidence is no longer visible, nor can be found anywhere, and the report by Regulation with the pictures are all broken (In which case means they were deleted personally by him)

Regulation himself has came forward to Sin666 and admitted everything, and Sin666 refused and blocked me after Regulation left the conversation and mentioned that it will now be a staff vote.

Sin666 refused the evidence posted by Farcast where Regulation admitted to Farcast he lied and faked pictures.

Sin666 has hid threads, archived them, taking nothing into consideration and refuses to resolve this issue, and continiously keeps basing my ban reason not on false accusation that I paid him off.

She has NO grounds on her accusation at all, and all evidence and everything that has been said and done through this entire situation proves my innocents.

It is against the rules to use personal attacks to ban someone due to a grudge. It is against the rule to ban someone based off assumptions or accusations without proof or evidence to back them up. (Such is why people are infracted for claiming individuals are scammers without evidence)

Considering all evidence proving my case I by the rules should be unbanned, but have not due to Sin666 personal grudge.

I by the rules should not be banned based off an assumption by Sin666 that I paid him to lie and go against his report for me to be unbanned, even when both now him and I have resented evidence that he has not received any amount of payment from me.

(Hopefully Sin666 will not hide and archive this to further save her ass.)

The original ban was issued pending further investigation, both for the misleading/potentially false vouches, and for the possibility that you were an accessory to your cousin's scam.

In the course of the investigation, your ban reason changed as my understanding of the events evolved - and as the divergent logs emerged between you and Reg. Even so, the change is minor: the charge of misleading/potentially false vouches remains, there is an additional charge of faked evidence, and if not knowing involvement in the scam, involvement in the coverup of it. Thus, for the most part, the ban reason hasn't changed. I've merely had to explain it 30 different ways as you seem to have trouble understanding.

The problem is that you don't fucking read. Your ban reason has never been "for paying off Reg". I only said that Reg's claim has to be considered in light of the fact that he has every reason to lie, and no reason not to - be it out of gratitude, bribery, or the fear of payment reversal. As he is already banned for evasion, he has no reason not to go along with any story you tell. He only wanted his money, and now he has it.

What's more important is the fact that Bewood faked proof in your defense. That means his claim is invalid. The reality is, if Bewood edited the screenshots Reg had posted too, they should have shared the same faults. The fact that they don't has to be noted as significant.

Why am I dealing with the dispute? Because I'm the one who spent the time talking to both you and Reg during and after the ban.

Edit: Also, as I've already explained to you, I hid your logs because you supposedly posted a convo in which a Jagex mod gave you someone else's RS password. On the assumption that you didn't want him to be bombarded with adds from Sythe, I decided it would be kinder to hide his MSN.
