You have been banned for the following reason: Hacked account - Account Recovery & Creation


Have been trying to deal with this for a while, i do travel but not far enough imo to trigger this unless its IP Based, I don't proxy or anything i have 4 legitimate places i stay (3 in the winter). Have been a sythe user for a while and hate having this ban for no reason. Help is much appreciated.

 

To recover your Sythe account you'd have to make a post here.

Provide as much information as you can regarding the account you're trying to recover, and whoever handles it will tell you what else you need to provide in order to make sure that account is yours. All sensitive information on there will be edited out for you before it's public as it needs to be approved after you post it. Be patient as the process may be longer than usual, but that's only because the staff team needs to take every precaution to make sure you're the original owner. Best of luck.
