Banned, all the info

I was banned on my old account, RS2sooperpeur for Scamming, here is my old dispute- all the info is in that aswell

Here is the story if you read my other dispute-
My ban on rs2sooperpeur happened August or November of 2009, I was banned for scamming, I sold a rs account for $50.00 paypal, used Inventor as an MM, went to bed, the next morning the kid whom I sold the account to was telling me to give his money back because the account supposedly got recovered, I didn't believe him at all, because I knew he still had my account, but to be the nice guy that I am, I refunded the money automatically. The guy then said, TY you won't get banned now. But then he later posts on Inventors MM thread that I did SCAM him, even though he got his $50.00 back, and my account that I sold him. So I decided to make a new account in November named iM TuScaReD to gain all of my trust back, and start over new since this forum is great for buying and selling virtual items. This morning, I woke up and my account was banned for BAN EVADING, since I evaded my old account because I know for a fact that I am trusted here. So therefore I think I should be unbanned.
