banned again?

for the first time i was banned, it is said that i was advertising some website without permission.
this time again. i am sorry for my dumpishness, but i do not think i do that. i cancell the web address in my sig and do not type anything about the website.
i hope you can give me a reason for that.
and of course, i do not think i have receive any warning. and according to the forum rule, it seems that i have to get some warning before being banned.
