Banned after 12 hours

So I created the account yesterday around 2-3PM GMT, started by botting my way to 36 woodcut whilst fletching to level 10. Without logging out I then botted to 50 firemaking. After this, I started fishing to level 10 (manually). Then cooked to level 41 (manually).

By this time it was pushing midnight, so I set up a premium reflection thiever and let it suicide run lumbridge men. I woke up at 5am to drive to another part of the country, the bot had stopped so I started it off again from level 27 thieving. Then the logs show that at 12PM the account was logged out after achieving around 40k exp, and perm-o-banned.

But, what confuses me is my other account that I've played on for a while, I left at experiments from around 1PM yesterday, and it's still running now with no breaks.

I'd personally think that the changing of skills and stopping at certain levels would make it seem more human like, but obviously I'm wrong? Or could it be because my new account was level three?

There also isn't really a question here, and not too sure why I'm posting it. But perhaps people could share their experience with fresh accounts and botting.

 

New accounts tend to be banned VERY fast.

I've botted old accounts (1yr+) for days 20-80 str overnights and such, they don't tend to get banned. However, when I'd make new accounts they'd get banned within hours.

 

What client were you botting with?

- Is this your first account being banned for botting?

 

How many hours total did you bot in a 24 hour period.

Take into account that the average player plays for only about 2 hours a weekday, and 2.5 hours on a weekend.

Jagex has really stepped up their anti-botting measures.

 

If you plan to bot on an account you want to actually play, not gold farm, botting for the amount of time you would normally play while babysitting every so often reduces the ban-rate.

 

I was making an account to sell, so balancing speed of gaining the stats required and not getting banned was paramount. I botted for around 12 hours in total. And babysat for at least 9 hours. I can't be sure whether the bot messed up and that's what got it banned either. I was using Tribot, which being reflection was the choice for me at the moment.

 

I get banned just logging into TriBot, thats why I no longer use their client.

 

This, for me as well it's a surprise you made it 12 hours.

 

Hogwosh, there must be external factors (prior bans etc) which got you banned.
I highly doubt any big-name client currently is t hat detectable at all.
Plenty (thousands) of people are using TRiBoT for longer than that just fine.

 

I can use PowerBot or TopBot without being banned (what i'm currently doing). I've never been on TriBot longer than 5 minutes without being banned instantly.

 

Actually i`m kinda mad i don`t get banned.
When ever i make account, do tutorial island legit, put member on it, train some stats legit, do a quest or two i need to goldfarm, my account get banned within 10hours.

Now i made a few accounts, didn`t verify email, boted tutorial island, as soon as it does it tutorial island i go to melee tutorial guy, take a sword and shield and start cow killer straight away and account last 40+ hours.
It`s such a bull shit.

I tried proxies, and without. Now all accounts are on same IP and f2p, lasting 48hours without stopping.
Whenever i try something like blast furnace or lava dragons, or mining/fishing, they get banned under 10hrs.

 

I think it was probably the location you were botting, you probably got reported. I think a lot of the bans come from reports still, I think they are just more on those reports now. I have a secret location I bot for combat using tribot and have near maxed no bans running 24+ Hour progs.. the difference is no one ever goes by me to report me.

 

Reports are a small fraction of bans, all they do is bump your name up.

 

Reports create heat maps, and trust me lumby cows are definitely on the heat map. I just don`t get it.

 

You're right, but on this occasion I didn't bot combat, I was banned at level 3.. But like I said, I left the pickpocket on overnight so if that messed up/received lots of attention then yeah, it's the most likely case.

 

I've had a similar experience, however mine was with killing cows and leveling for nature rune running. I botted melee for 15-20 hours straight for a week, got to like level 80 in each skill.

I botted fletching for roughly 5-10 minutes and was banned for marching major.

 

Yeah It's kinda funny. I botted woodcutting on my main in August 2013, I botted 5 hours and got a Perm ban (Gf 2B). 2 months after my main got perm banned I botted woodcutting on a trash account and I run the bot 24/7 at yews until I got 90 woodcutting and I was not banned. Im still wondering was the script that awesome what I used on my trash account or jagex bot detection failed?

 

I'm currently using a script that really takes anti-ban into a new level.. Joining FCs, talking to random people around me.. checking stats etc.. all pretty definitive but executed flawlessly, looks pretty realistic just watching it. I think these days xp/hr is the least of your worries, it's actually surviving the hours haha.

 

I miss the good days when I could bot for a week straight at Soul Wars :/
