If last chance appeal is used, and no appeals available, why buy :? ??

no need to buy. In this case there is no possible way to un ban it. But i will buy it 4 500k tops. Just because its cool to have it =]

it is unbannable by sendin messages to jagex also the acc had 86 minin 79 smifin 92 fletchin it wernt all merchantin

people buy cuz they think if they unban it they will get the stuff... How do we know you didnt take the money away and take the pic before it got banned. So we end up paying 3m for a lvl 3 acc that could have nothing on it?

advertising my macro site and stuff

Yes you can recover an account after last chance. I have done it myself. My old main. So the guy got away with a good deal. And those who think they can't what freaking idiots.
