Bandits with new log-out time?

Just was thinking, would the 5minutes start adding from the last interaction I do or from the time spne tim just standing there not in combat?

If it's the second one then I could walk away for ages, just have to check for randoms and crashers.

Anyway though, I think it's the first one which sucks. I got my 99str yesterday and now gunna do 99atk. If the logout timer is option 1 though I'll do it at the Zombie DOV place.

Any thoughts?

With the new update I think you can stop worrying about log out to much because as Jagex stated it's a 5 minute timer unless you disconnect..

you could just come back to your computer every 4-5 minutes just wear a ring of life in case of a random =/

 

If you read the whole article, you would have come across the point where they said "Make sure you stay on the watch for random events, and for other players who want to talk to you.
My bet is that they've stepped up randoms a notch to stop people from doing this.

 

They said a few months ago there going to stop bringing random events so often, everytime I click a teleport I get a random >_<

 

Even before this update, there's a very low chance that you'll get auto logged, unless you completely never look at the screen for a very long time.

I've been training there with guthans on and I hardly do anything, this is just going to make it even easier

Thanks with all the congrat's And yeah I was thinking that. They don't even hit me with my armour and def. I just put my footy trophy on keyboard and walk away for 15mins.

I guess I'll just still do that though. Thanks all for you input.
