    Haha you guys are probably smart. I always brought a zerker ring to bandits with me, but then again I was only partially AFKing. Browsing Sythe, watching a movie, on YouTube etc. so it was pretty much impossible to lure me out there long enough for my character to die.

    Ye I afk for 6 hours training defence till force log out lol.

    It's about 200k def xp whilst I sleep if no kid fail lures me =]

    And if i'm training attack I do it semi afk like you with bandos, at a rate of about 65-70k Attack xp per hour.
