    He has no proof the guy tries sending him rats/keyloggers. And if he actually was i'd assume he would have been banned looong ago. but on the other hand he admits to taking his gp without giving him the account.

    Also even if he did try rat/keylog him, he still did pay him. so technically he should have gave him the account.
