ban/twc Llaaww for selling items he doesnt have

[WTS] $50 of OPskins credit
He's been selling the same $50 opskins credit for 5 months, refuses to buy items with it and has basically just been waiting for someone to go first with him on it.

Opskins allows you to withdraw in paypal or btc, so he could literally get 100% of his $50 in btc or paypal but for some reason hes selling it here for 70%

This was first day he joined, he said he only sells 100+ keys which is $180+ and will never go first, not even to someone trusted because he needs the btc first to buy the keys off a key bot

Refusing to use an mm/go first to someone trusted is sketchy enough but he only sells $180+ worth of keys

Key bots sell for $2.02-2.09 so there is nowhere he would be buying them for 1.80 to sell (thats less than even partypeteshop etc pays)

It's been 5months and hes consistantly bumping the same opskins thread i'd be suprised if he still has the balance, he's selling the balance for 70% to someone who'll go first to him or he can just cash it out on opskins to paypal or btc and get 100%
