Ban offenses while botting?

Can concur with what most players are experiencing now. I botted a pure account, 60 attack, 99 ranged, 99 strength, 1 defence. I did not get banned but I had all my skills reset to 1. It's bascially the same as being banned, except you're not. 3 months ago I got banned for RWT and botting on 2 seperate accounts. Both accounts were permanently banned, didn't mind the macro ban but the RWT trade hurt because I lost IRL money. I knew the risks, so I'm not salty over it, it was my own fault.

 

Only had perm bans. They don't seem to care anymore, they simply perm ban you.

If you bot, expect a perm ban.

 

I didn't read what has been posted so I'll give my 2 cents.

Bans are usually delegated based off of what you were doing. If you were doing something associated with goldfarming you'll usually be perm banned with no questions asked.

If you were doing something more skill oriented you're usually given a 2 day ban that will stick with you for a little while. These are more common for things like combat training @ rock crabs, agility, etc.

However, you could also be permed for anything at any time.
