Harassing Users/Blackmail Dispute

I am banned from Harassing Users/Blackmail. I send scam messages to zombie240. Because i already know he scamed me and i proved on here(http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1641963-zombie420-scammer.html) .I want to get my account.Thank you

You'll need to pardon for the original ban, you can't dispute it.

What I should have said was, I'm not fully in a position to access your dispute, however I do want to express my opinion that you due to your evasion and harassment and from what I've read "threatened scamming" you should have to pardon your ban, not dispute it.

However, I will leave this open for Ziggily .
