Ban Evading....?

I was accused of ban evading...How so? as I'd like to know why I was accused of this...My paypal is [email protected] email, [email protected] am I supposed to be exactly If I was ban evading...>.<
I don't know how this happened or why at that, but what ever, I just want a logical explaination, No answers such as "Well...you were caught ban evading" because I never was ban evading...
