Ban evading- what exactly does it mean?

[Souliron]

I've seen a lot of people get banned for it here (And on other sites) but what exactly does it mean? Surely, if you ban an account, it's impossible for them to come back? An explanation would be helpful, as I'm pretty confused.

It means that someone gets banned and creates a new account. Next time use: http://sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=548
