Ban Evader?

This guy has 2 sythe accs...And he reported me for droping his money after he recoverd his acc...And now he has 2 sythe accs Selling the same tank with the same email.

Ban evading is when somebody is banned and make a new account, not somebody having two accounts. Also, the two selling threads are the same thread.
