Basically, he was doing a skilling service for someone and the guy asked for an update. The user refused to give him any sort of progress update so he logged on the account to check if anything was going on. He didn't log on while the user was training, just logged in and then off. The user "The Race" stated that he broke the ToS and logged on, when it was really The Race's fault for not giving him a progress report as he's supposed to. Race refused to complete the order or repay him the initial 10M payment.
