Ban evader + Suspected Scammer

I pmed this to shredder but it seems he doesnt do anything -.-'

The user "iPunk" is "Legendary Jens".
Just look at iPunk's signature, and look at Legendary Jens's scammer reports, iPunk's sig has the msn sig wich says "iPunk | Jens | Piccelo".
Legendary Jens's scammer reports clearly states that his runescape name is Piccelo, and well the Jens explains himself.
He IS going to scam, and he is also ban evading.
