What are the odds that a user joins less than 1 month after the user is banned and posts the same interests, similar style of threads, very similar name, is on at the same times. Make the user prove they aren't evading, too many coincidences on this one to just be ignored.

Also in regards to those screenshots ^, Check the activity time, the user is on around the same time.

Same interests of service being requested, same bracket use and style of posting threads.

Interests match, timeline matches up, users style of posting threads and asking for exact same services match, definitely ban evading.


@ Dunworry, IP matches aren't enough proof, and as you can see on Fishy D's IP Audit, the guy has hundreds of them, Ban Evading sometimes consists of not using the same IP to make it obvious.

 

There's no IP match & No location match. I checked the posts from both of them, and there's no obvious match.

The join date & this + https://gyazo.com/94283add301645ce4770168128c6ba12 are not enough for a ban, so until there's more proof, I can't really ban him.
