Ban Evader For Dicing? WTF?

Hey,
I recently just joined the community and it says I am banned for ban evading. I have never registered an account before. Right now I am using a proxy to send this dispute. Idk why you guys think I am a ban evader. Seriously? Please check my creation IP and stuff, I have never created another account and if you can you will be able to see it WASNT created with a proxy. Please unban me.

Stats are very similar, it's not often you find a level 3 with 99 dungeoneering/runecrafting being sold again.

 

Also, Dicing and RoyalFinale live in New York. I think finding two people that are selling similar accounts that live close to each other isn't that common.

Now, I dont understand why im banned. So what its close. I understand that it is really close but there is NO evidence that im Dicing (which im not). I would love to get unbanned. I don't mind if you give me a Trade With Caution in the meantime because i know that im legit and will not scam. All im asking is for you guys to do the right thing. Please unban me I am not dicing and find it really annoying how im getting banned for being someone who I am not.

My bad, I didn't see your messages after my last reply, that's why I didn't respond. And, it's not really far-fetched to say that the account gained three levels before the resale.

Anyway, I'll merge this in with the other thread and take in more staff opinions.

I'd also like to include GodsGeneral has stated you've been lying about this whole ordeal. And, you will not receive the benefit of the doubt it, not only is it hard to find someone living so close to you in a site as big as this, but someone selling the same account?
