Explain : I made lots or spam reports by finaly i got evidences that he is scamming
I'm posting this behalf this user becouse he may dont know where he must report for scam.
Scammed him 8m for upgrade and didnt respont on msn, went offline. (Possible deleted/blocked him from msn)
Also trying to fool the peoples givin his PROFILE link as vouches link.
