Ban dispute

Firstly, If there is excess gp on a account I always take some away and put it on safe accounts until the order is done as I am usually not doing the work myself and it is a worker of mine on it. Even though I trust the workers with gp I still like to be on the safe side. I have done orders with people trusting me with 50m 07+ and I have been trusted with 1b rs3+ on here. I don't see a reason for me to scam someones 10.2m.

Before Pure Plox had even placed the order, I told him we would use a cannon until 75 range and then a blowpipe(which requires recharges and ammo) till 80:

Here is me telling him clearly (Before I had access to his account) that I would be taking away excess gp. Also here is him agreeing to pay for all supplies just like stated on my terms of service in my thread:

After this I admit, I did go unresponsive for a couple days. I was busy and all my workers had exams going and could not put in work. The order was completed on the 13th of May:

The next day Pure plox asks me why I removed his pin, and took his gp. This is where I acknowlegde to having 6.2m of his:

I immediately tried to login to his account to put his money back on it to minimize the hassle but it was changed:

He then asks me why I changes his pin and apparently looked through his messages:

And at this point Pure Plox is trying to convince sythe mods and me that firstly, he didnt know that a blowpipe requires charges aswell as ammo which all costs gp. and that he never agreed to my tos or agreed to pay for all supplies (which he clearly agreed to in our conversation prior to placing the order):

Now, as I have said to him I am willing to give him his 6.2m that I owe him at any point. But he is refusing to that and says that he wants his 10.2m back which means he wants me to be paying for the supplies on his account which we clearly had not agreed upon.

That's my side of the story. I request a mod to either uplift my ban or tell me how to proceed. Also, I apologize for posting this dispute so late, I have been busy with family.

I have been trying to contact pure plox for a couple days now but he is offline the whole time. He is no longer online at his normal playing timings either that he used to be on at. Please let me know what to do as I am fine with giving a mod which has the same timezone as him the money I owe.

 

I'm not sure what to do as it's been more than a week since I have been banned and I am fully ready to give pure plox his gp but he wont respond on skype. Can a mod or someone he trusts hold the gp and give it to him because this is getting fucking annoying.

 

I have fucking posted disputes 3 fucking times and only been responded to once. My replies were added but no fucking mod replied to it for weeks. I am so fucking done. pure plox wont reply to me either and its obvious. He messages me when I am offline but doesnt reply when he is online. I CAN GIVE ANYONE HE TRUSTS THE FUCKING GP. I am almost sure no fucking mod will take some time out of their day to post a reply to this either. Fucking joke.

 

I've messaged Dave to see where this is at. I'm not involved in RS, so I can't take the GP or anything, sorry.

 

I dont even know what to say at this point. Dave, the mod that banned me, is as inactive as can be. The apparent victim that I scammed 8m 07 gp from which is no money at all is also inactive and does not reply to me on skype when I ask him to take his money. So, I am sitting here banned for about a month now having nowhere to go. Every other mod is too lazy to actually do something. It's not the first time i have disputed. I have bumped my dispute 3 times now and this will be the fourth. What the fuck are the mods of this forum doing? If dave can't fucking get on then some other mod should be able to help me.
