Ban dispute

I had paid the buyer that day when I had come back.
There was problems redeeming some of the codes, so I had to call Amazon to manually apply some of them.
The request to take care of my younger brother was legitimate, I had to leave my home and deliver his medication to his school.
That user has since (same day) been paid and the trade had been completed. The trade was not supposed to take this long, but the problem applying codes conflicted with time constraints and the user became impatient. The user has been paid, I had no intention to scam then or ever and the deal has been completed.
