Ban dispute hacked account.

I was contacted a year ago or so by a guy named "Seraphic" on my Skype account saying that my sythe account zz_merch had been linked to someone scamming someone for 4m + that they suspected that the account was hacked. I haven't given it a thought seeing as I didn't play anymore but now iv'e picked up OSRS again and would like to see if I can dispute the ban so I can start trading on here again.

Seraphic referred me to someone on discord named "Veng" and veng in order told me to write an appeal here. This was 07/10-2017.

I do understand that I should've done this earlier but seeing as I didn't think I was gona come back to osrs it didn't really strike me as something that I needed anymore but well; here I am.

Is there anything that can be done somehow?
