Ban Dispute Again...

Hi,

I submitted a ban appeal yesterday, but it hasn't been approved yet, and I did it awfully fast. Since then, I had talked to Sacro, Wulf, and the member who claims to have been scammed.

Please disregard my other ban appeal. I will add more details to this thread here.

Peppered had contacted me, asking me to do a few quests for him on his account, they were Mourning End's Pt. 1 and 2, as well as getting him a few more quest points (don't remember the exact number). While I was working on it, he contacted me to do more quests on his other account (the one that he linked to in his report). After I finished two quests on his first account, I asked him to pay me, and he told me no (view my report).

After I reported him for scamming my 50m, he reported me for scamming him 350m. In no way at all does his report show that I touched anything. I did have access to his account, but I did not clean it. He could have easily cleaned it himself, took a video, and then posted it to frame me for reporting him (because he had MSNed me later telling me to take my report down).

At my time here on Sythe I have accumulated over 70 vouches, mostly from questing, but some also from middlemanning. You can view all of my vouches right here. Please read them carefully, I'll point out a few good ones here.

#7) Shows me being trusted with over 200m.
#28) Shows me being trusted with a blue party hat.
#38) Shows me being trusted with a yellow party hat.
#41) Shows me being trusted with $72.
#50) Shows me being trusted with 115m.
#57) Shows me being trusted with $120.
#58) Shows me being trusted with 140m.
#62) Shows me being trusted with a Santa hat.
#64) Shows me being trusted with 100m+.
#66) Shows me being trusted with 100m.

There are even more that I never documented.

I can make a lot more legitimately through my turmoil questing package (charge over 100m per order) than I ever could by scamming. I have absolutely no reason to scam, and the member accusing me of scamming has absolutely no evidence of me scamming.

It would be easy to clean your own bank and frame somebody else.

I wouldn't mind even being able to come back with a trade with caution. Anything is better than being banned.

Please review my case carefully. I was framed.

Anyways, to respond to Wulf:

1. Why would I take screenshots on the other account? I expected him to get banned for scamming me 50m, not the other way around.

2. I never remember account names. You don't run a questing service. After you log in to so many you just forget and don't care anymore (ask any other quester).

3. No, that was months ago and it was an incident involving the original owner recovering. I paid Giddy back for that, plus more, then re-sold the account to him when I secured it. Want proof? I'm trying to buy it back, click here.



I also have completed probably 3 successful trades while banned. I have no intentions to scam, and would never.

 

1. According to the proof, you didn't do the quests.

2. This is still pretty fishy... you couldn't remember the account name after one day?

3. Alright, disregard that.

But, the bottom line is, you have no evidence whatsoever, so I'm not sure what we could do, I'd like to see other moderators opinions on this.

1. I didn't save any proof of me doing the quests on the first account because I didn't think that I would have to.

2. I honestly couldn't. I don't remember the second account's information either... I only remember the display name Jon or Jom or something because he posted it in his dispute.

Why did Determinate withdraw vouch #38?

 

An issue arose and we stopped talking. He blamed me for him losing 1b. We're friends again now though, just not as close as we used to be.

It had nothing to do with his yellow party hat though, so not exactly sure why he removed that vouch. I was trusted with his party hat, and nothing happened to it (although it was during limited trade, I could have sold it for a few hundred plus RSGP - but never did).

Edit: Wulf, you know just as well as I do that Peppered's report doesn't show me doing anything wrong. I did not take his money, he's just mad that I reported him. I don't understand why you've kept me banned for around a weeks time. Other moderators aren't giving their input, so please look closer at the evidence provided by him, realize that I did nothing wrong, and unban me.. It's been long enough.

 

Alright, myself and Sacro will be re-evaluating the case. Sacro will be teamviewing the user and if he doesn't have the proof we require, you'll be unbanned, thanks.

 

Please post back here or tell me in IRC after you're done. He will not have enough proof, because I did nothing wrong.

 

Could another moderator/admin please review this? Sacro said he's done trying, and I think that Wulf has personal issues with me and that's what's keeping me banned.

I thought that Wulf's conversation was a little weird... Saying that he would probably unban me right after I said I was going to post this all publicly.

By the way, a few days before I was banned, I bitched at Wulf because I disagreed with something that he was doing. Honestly, I think this has lead to my ban ultimately, because that report showed absolutely nothing.

I have shown several contacts on MSN the reports and dispute, and they all have sided with me. There's no reason that I should be banned.

I'm going camping until Sunday night. If I don't respond, it's because of that. But I'd love this to be sorted by the time I get back.

 

Unbanned, he may or may not receive a TwC upon further review.

 

Well, I already talked to you about this. I have no personal issues with you, and that isn't your ban reason.
