    is apperantly associated with me and i am ip'd ,
    i haven't violated any ToS please validate my ban , look over it and unban my ip address because i havn't been able to use sythe for years and i never broke any rules. please look into this for me. would like to create an account.

    Its because your logged into sythe under that username, you cant create a new account while being logged in already. If you log out and wish to create a new account read the stickies in account recovery.
