Ban appeal~ SiCk V2

I was banned 5+ months ago for scamming, I think I have disputed it in the past, and I got denied.

I scammed dumb things like 20$ and I think less than 20$ for something else. I would be willing to repay full refunds to any one that was scammed (with proof) and be unbanned.

I got Mod on another forum and 60+ vouches, but I know other site stuff doesn't count here, I just don't consider my self a threat to the community.

2) You've ban evaded.
