Ban appeal - please look.

I was banned a while ago after i didn't pay out a 25m dice duel after I had paid out 3 in a row, I got angry and made a huge mistake, as seen in donor dicing i did alot of duels with planbuk and others and had paid out over 200m in 07 gold, after i lost 3 in a row I got upset and I made a stupid decision, this was on top of the fact I got scammed by a guy for a pure account who I trusted.

I have tried to pay back this 25m but I can't get in contact with the guy, I really just want a second chance now. I've made some big mistakes and I want to make it right. Please allow me back into this community and I can prove to you i should be a part of it, thanks.
