Ban Appeal - getstabbed

Hi. 4 years ago I was banned for scamming as a result of a questing service issue that went unresolved. I don't remember exact details but from what I recall and my reason for being banned this was due to me being approached by a customer to complete a questing order, taking payment and being given invalid details and therefore being unable to complete the order.
I was accused of scamming this customer which is definitely justified as I didn't refund him as I thought he was fucking with me.
At the time I decided to let it go and I feel that 4 years is punishment enough for a net loss of 10m (let's call it $5 at the time).
I apologise and will ensure that such issues do not occur again in the future.
