Actually, Jagex doesn't care about F2P users. Are F2P users bringing in the money for them? Nope. They don't "care" that P2P players bot because they know that P2P users are their sole income because they continue to pay for monthly membership.

Is this another lame automated reply? They're striking, so obviously they aren't on the same page. LOL.

 

If the appeal is denied (or ignored after 5 days) sometimes they will even send emails to the parents email help claiming the be the father/mother of the player who think it’s an outrage that the account has been falsly banned and the appeal takes too long, they rage about how it costs them money when the account is falsely banned and therefore demand the account to be either unlocked in a day or a refund for the lost membership. This often works and the account are unbanned ready to continue making money from bots.
