First attempt at payment was refunded; wants payment through paypal sent as a "gift with a message," with the message being "I am paying for virtual goods that I have received and if I dispute, the seller will automatically win." My apologies, but I'm new here, and don't use paypal often. Is this the legit way to make a trade, or am I getting scammed?

EDIT: I know I don't have any vouches, but I refuse to get scammed. I don't know if this guy is legit or not, but I guess I'm over protective. I don't know how OMM's work, but I joined a MSN Messenger chat with this seller, and the OMM instantly joined, and neither had real names associated with their accounts, and the accounts were nonsense jumbles of letters. I backed out; no negative feedback for this person, I'm just unsure and unwilling to stick my neck out. Good luck in selling your codes; someone with a little more sythe experience can tell us the outcome.

He just saw our names, and because they weren't real, he left.

Ah, I see Black tux being associated to that email address now through that link. Sorry but like I said I'm just new, overly careful I guess. I think you are legit, but at this point I will probably pass. Good luck on your sales.
