Is there any possibly I have this wrong

A guy that buys from me a lot yesterday bought 12m, and then 8m after that.

Everything went fine I traded him 12m 30 mins later he said he lost the money and bought another 8m, I paid him the 8m.

Here we have the 12m trade accepted. Then we can see from the same user (as you can see from past chats (3) meaning it is the same person)

He comes in buys 8m gives the same name and everything is fine.

He claims that the person I traded was not him even though in both chats he thanks me for the trade

some how he says that was an imposter of his, I ask how did an imposter know that he was buying at the same time, how would an imposter know his name, how is it that an imposter would be shown as the same visitor than him, I'm pretty sure that is not possible. How is it that he was not able to talk to me via the livechat yet an imposter was?

No I did not record this trade because it was 8m and I find it too much effort for such a small amount (yea I know this would seems pretty ironic now)

I want to know with everything here, is there any way that zopim screwed up and some how showed me an imposter chat and not his (I feel dumb even asking that question)

oh also he starts the chat like this:

so heres the story on his end:

1. the imposter knows his name
2. the imposter knows that he gambles (which I also am aware of)
3. the imposter knows the rsn that he collects the gold on
4. the imposter somehow got into the zopim livechat and make it appear as though it was him
5. at the same time he could not access the livechat
6. he messaged me on skype once to say he bought gold, but after I did not reply he gave up.

I just want a mod to say if there is any chance that I did not give him the gold

I'm going to go ahead and say that the individual wanted more gold to gamble with and couldn't afford it so he attempted to lie about an imposter.

The entire situation is very improbable so I'd likely say he's lying and you indeed gave him the gold.
